Hon. Christian Agbai

Christian is a returned second term member of the CANUK executive committee and a senior member of the Ohafia improvement union of UK and Ireland. He attended the University of Salford in Manchester then completed his post graduate studies in the University of Cambridge. He lectured in IMT Enugu, Nigeria before returning to the UK to continue his professional work. He is extremely passionate regards to the Nigerian UK community rights in the UK, in the continent and in Nigeria. Professionally he is a retired senior teacher, technical trainer and property investor with property investments in Nigeria and the UK. Chris is an excellent communicator, energetic, inspirational, a people’s person with distinctive leadership skills. He brings calm thoughtful process to CANUK and continues to use these skills to voice the needs of the Nigerian UK citizen. He is currently working in the background to encourage Nigerian UK centric organisations to join CANUK, to voice out the needs of Nigerian UK citizen in the current Nigerian constitutional review as well as helping the new EXCO members to find their feet.
